Arlington Health provides private musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine and physiotherapy at Bollin Clinic, Altrincham. Our GP-led MSK service combines accurate clinical diagnosis with hands-on physiotherapy — giving you a clear explanation of what is wrong, why it happened, and a structured plan to fix it. From acute sports injuries to chronic back pain and post-surgical rehabilitation, we get you moving again.
"MSK problems are often undertreated because patients never get a clear diagnosis. We start with a thorough assessment, confirm exactly what is happening, and then build a treatment plan around your life and your goals."

Yes. Our GPs perform therapeutic corticosteroid and hyaluronic acid injections for shoulder (subacromial, glenohumeral), knee, trigger finger, and other selected joints and soft tissue structures. Injections are performed in our CQC-registered clinical rooms following a thorough assessment.
The number of sessions depends on your condition, severity and how you respond to treatment. Acute injuries often respond within 4–6 sessions. Chronic conditions or post-surgical rehabilitation may require longer programmes. Your physiotherapist will discuss expected timescales and a clear treatment plan at your initial assessment.
